This course comprehensively covers the essential topics of algebra and the basic principles of geometry to an intermediate level. The course is designed to meet the needs of students who have a minimal background in algebra or whose proficiency may have declined during years away from formal education. Successful completion of this course prepares students for MATH 0130 or MATH 0132 , where algebraic skills are utilized to study more advanced topics.
