About this course
Lab Hour(s): 2 Tutorial Hour(s): 1 This course provides an introduction to Newtonian point mechanics. The topics covered include: vectors, motion in one and two dimensions including circular motion, forces, work and energy, and impulse and momentum. Laboratory exercises provide further insight into these topics.
Prerequisites: Mathematics 30-1 or equivalent with a grade of 60% or higher. GNED Cluster 1 - Tier 2, General Science Option
